FamilyQuest — Support

FamilyQuest turns everyday routines into a weekly adventure: kids reach goals, their avatars travel a quest map toward a reward, on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

Getting started

1. Sign in with Apple or Google.
2. Tap Create a new family.
3. Add each child, design their avatar, and give them a reward to aim for.
4. Add goals and check them off through the week.

Adding another device or parent

Open Settings → Invite to the family to get a code and a share link. On the other device, sign in and choose Join an existing family, then enter the code. Your Apple TV pairs with a code shown on the TV and approved from a signed-in phone.

Frequently asked

Does everyone need the same account? No — each person signs in with their own Apple or Google account and joins the same family via an invite.

Is my data private? Yes. Your family's data is used only to run the app, is visible only to your family, and is never used for ads or tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
